We offer full service catering for off-site events. Whether you are hosting in your elegant home, or at one of the various venues in the surrounding local area*. Let Salted Sprig come to you and execute a delectable evening of culinary delights. Menus are fully customizable to fit dietary restrictions and limitations. This service can serve intimate parties to full banquet service.
Options can include full plated dinner service, passed appetizers, or a casual buffet for you and your guest to enjoy. Always delicious and allergen conscious.

CATERING
This service is a drop set style. Our talented staff will arrive with at the dishes ready to go on arrival and deliver all the pieces needed for a delicious evening. Service includes minimal set up from our staff and may require some minimal reheating from the host. This is a great option for intimate gatherings at home or the office. With this style of service hosts will be responsible for clean-up and breakdown.
DELIVERY
Needing to restock the fridge with delicious eat while you’re in town. Place a pick up order with us and we’ll have it ready for pick-up from our deli location. This service can include ready to heat dishes, pre-made salads, and sides, as well as charcuterie and crudité boards. Keep things easy and seamless for you and your guests with this option. Please give us at least 48hrs to fulfill pick-up requests.

PICK-UP
Host your at our newly renovated venue in downtown Ketchum. This space is the perfect location for your next birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, or event intimate concert. This 3000 square ft space it a blank canvas ready for your inspired designs. Located in downtown Ketchum, this space is ideal for visiting parties. It’s nestled among many other local businesses in North Ketchum, while still being walkable to Town Square and perched right at a local bus stop. Packages for this space include bar and catering services, indoor and outdoor seating, fire pits, and a flexible space to design your perfect event.
VENUE
Salted Sprig is able to offer full bar services with any catering request or package. From premier wine selections, curated cocktails, inspired spirits, and locally sourced drafts our bar services are flexible enough to fit nearly any event. This service can be booked ‘a la carte’ or can be bundled with any variations of culinary services above. Our venue has a fully stocked bar and select glassware to elevate any occasion.
