Supper Club is Salted Sprig's signature monthly dining experience — a ticketed, five-course prix fixe dinner held in our event space at 700 N Main Street in Ketchum. Each month, our culinary team selects a different country or region, builds an entirely new and seasonally-inspired menu around it, and keeps every detail a secret until you arrive.

This is not a restaurant reservation.

It is not a private event.

It’s something in between. An exclusive, intimate dining experience that happens to be open to everyone.

What To Expect

Doors open at 5:30 PM for a themed cocktail hour at the bar. Mingle with fellow food lovers over artisanal drinks, including curated wines and thoughtfully crafted mocktails, all designed around the evening's secret destination. At 6:00 PM, we reveal the theme and invite you to take your seat at one long, beautifully set communal table.

From there, five courses unfold at their own pace. Plan for three to four hours. Great food shouldn't be rushed.

To deepen the journey, we design custom beverage pairings to complement each month's secret theme, available for purchase on-site:

  • Mocktail Pairings — complex, thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic libations

We want every guest at our table to feel considered. We do everything in our power to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies! Please register with your information as early as possible, as menu adjustments become difficult within 72 hours of the event date.
